~ Makes about 4 sides ~
INGREDIENTS: 1/2 pound Brussel Sprouts 1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Paprika pinch of Celery Salt pinch of Garlic Salt pinch of Tumeric pinch of Black Pepper pinch of Dried Parsley DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking pan with aluminum foil. 2. While the oven preheats, cut off the ends of the brussel sprouts and peel off any yellow or dirty outside leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise for faster, more even heat.. Rinse halves. 3. Place rinsed brussel sprouts in a bowl and add the oil, salt, and spices. Stir with spoon to evenly coat all the pieces. 4. Place the brussel sprouts in a pan with the inside cut part facing up. 5. Place in preheated oven and roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring the sprouts every 10 minutes so they flip over and heat evenly. Be careful not to roast too long.
